What is Purified Water?
Purified Water is water that has undergone the process of filtration/purification using Reverse Osmosis technology. Purified Water should have a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) reading of less than or equal to ten (10) ppm (parts per million). Agua Vida Ayala Alabang is committed to giving you Purified Water with a below ten (10) TDS.
How many filtration stages does Agua Vida Ayala Alabang have?
We employ a total of 12 stages; a series of the following processes/equipments - Sediment Filtration, Carbon Filtration, Ion Exchange, UV Sterilization, Ozonation and Reverse Osmosis.
Is Agua Vida DOH/FDA approved/certified?
Yes, we are compliant with all DOH/FDA requirements. Please refer to the Credentials page.
Do you sell bottles?
You may purchase 5-Gallon Round PET bottles from us at P 230.00/piece (water not yet included). We do not sell the blue 5-Gallon Slim bottles (with built-in faucet) any more and we discourage the use of these bottles as they are known to leach plastic into the water.
How can I buy purified water from Agua Vida Ayala Alabang?
You may bring your empty bottles and walk-in or drive-thru to the store.
Price is at P 10.00 / Gallon or P 50.00 / 5-Gallon Bottle.
We also deliver. You can call us and speak to our personnel or send us your name and address via SMS to schedule for delivery. If you do not receive any confirmation from us within an hour or two, please resend your SMS.

I want my water delivered. What are my options?
Option 1 - AV(Ex) - (your 5-Gallon bottles were purchased from us and are in pristine condition) After you place an order, our truck will go to your location and replace your empty bottles on the spot, with filled bottles. Your order is served in one trip.
Price is at P 11.00 / Gallon or P 55.00 / 5-Gallon Bottle.
Option 2 - COB - (your 5-Gallon bottles were sourced from other water suppliers) After you place an order, our truck will go to your location, pick up your empty bottles and return them on the following business day after they have been cleaned and refilled at our station. Your order is served in two trips.
Price is at P 12.00 / Gallon or P 60.00 / 5-Gallon Bottle.
How soon will I get my water after placing an order for delivery?
If you call/place your order before cutoff period, our delivery crew is committed to deliver your water within the day. Orders received beyond cutoff period will be attended to the following day. For COB clients, empty bottles will be picked up within the day and refilled bottles will be delivered the following business day.
